I highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection Services. They are everything you would hope for in a home inspeciton company. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and will go the extra mile to help determine the source of any problems. The provided a thorough briefing and debriefing of their work, along with suggestions and solutions to any findings. They came very prepared with state of the art equipment to help investigate some of my concerns. They are very patient and good liteners; they took all of my questions and concerns seriously. In my opinion it would be difficult to find a better home inspection company. I would use them again.

Integrity Home Inspection provided excellent service. We needed a townhouse inspection with little notice and found Integrity Home Inspection on Angie's List. I called them on a Thursday about 5 PM to see if they could possibly do an inspection for a property that we were purchasing and do it last minute for an inspection on Saturday. I called and spoke to the owner Watt, who was very friendly and understanding. I explained the circumstances and he looked at his schedule and said he could do the inspection at 9 AM on Saturday morning. We were purchasing this townhome as an investment and we were out of state so we had a relative meet at the property. Integrity Home Inspection was on time and my brother in law said they were very thorough and explained and showed him issues that they found. They sent us the inspection shortly after they reviewed the report with my brother in law. They spent approximately 2.5 to 3 hours on the inspection and the report was excellent, they definitely worked in our best interest (the buyers). They did an excellent inspection and found some serious issues so we knew what we were dealing with on the property. I would use and highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection to anyone (family, friends, or whoever). They were very professional and worked in our interest. The company name is very fitting as they have the integrity that you would want to see in any business you deal with.

We are on a tight budget but did not want to skimp on the inspection. Integrity Home Inspection was very prompt, courteous, professionl and thorough. They explained to us what they found, the concerns they had and what we could expect. They detialied the issue surrounding the polybutylene piping in the property, the roof and some sill damage. With the information in the report, we were able to get an idea of the insurance costs and deductibles, and the repair and / or replacement costs. This allowed us to logically determine if we wanted to withdraw or amend the offer. Thank you !!

This is the second inspection Integrity Home Inspection has done for us. The first helped us decide that the home was not the home for us. Watt and Albert conduted a very comprehensive inspection of the property. There was not an area inside or outside of the home that they missed. Both inspectors were at the property over 2 hours and then held an exit summary with us covering the highlights of the report. They completed a lengthy written report, which was emailed to us immediately. They gave suggestions on how some minor issues could be resolved and discussed the issues with polybutelene plumbing piping, found in the home. I would highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection.

Albert and Watt are two stand-up gentlemen whom we would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home. Albert met us at the house prior to our appointment time (even earlier than we did) and had already begun to work. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Watt joined him a few hours later, and both thoroughly went through the home we were looking to purchase. They adressed any and all concerns that we had as this home was a foreclosure. After an hour of discussing the results of the report with us, we flelt so extremely confident in our decision to proceed with buying this home. Integrity Home Inspection was on site at 8:35 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment. They did a complete inspection with pictures and comments of any issues. They used email to send the report with pictures and comments to me when the inspection was complete. They reviewed the report with me and made recommendations for each of the issues. These guys, without questions, provide the most "thorough" home inspection i have witnessed in 40+ years of buying and selling homes. They are extraordinarily meticulous and literally leave "no stone unturned" during the course of their inspection. Taking almost 3 hours to complete, they checked every possible are of the home that might possibly be a problem. From electrical outlets, overhead lighting fixtures, plumbing, roof, windows, etc., they cover all the bases. Then they provide a well prepared and documented listing of their findings and go through what they found on their inspection by showing the client photos of areas of concern they've stored on a laptop computer. No question is left unanswered. Professional to the core, they are the best.

The team of two gentlemen worked quietly and efficiently. They were very polite to the current owners and to us. Very thorough in checking for flaws and pointing out which needed correction and which were minor. Explained everything they would do in detail before starting. Watt was very personable over the phone explaining the process of the inspection and the required paperwork he has available for my builder. He and Albert were punctual (actually early) for our appointment and gave us an overview of the inspection. We talked about a few of the concerns we had observed and he assured us they would check them closely during the inspection. He and Albert spend the next 3 to 4 hours going over every inch of the house. The completed the report on-site which they discussed with us in detail (including pictures) and gave repair recommendations. Albert returned a week later to review our contractor's repairs. Watt and Albert both have a large amount of experience in the construction industry which they put into their inspection. My wife and I do not have that background, but they took the time to listen to us and explain in simple terms the work needed. Their personal attention to the needs of the customer is an example of what every service provider should do.

Watt and his Albert were very professional. They did a thorough inspection of the home and provided an easy to read report for me. We did have an issue with our insurance company about the wind mitigation report. They asked for a ton of additional information and Mr. Ramsey was very prompt and courteous in his response to the additional requests. He even met me again at the house, free of charge, to do additional photos and took care of checking permits on the roof. I could not be better pleased. The entire inspection took about 4 hours for a small house, so be prepared to wait for a time. He will go over every little glitch and nick with you and provide photos after the inspection is complete, so be sure to make time in your schedule for the consultation. The consultation was an invaluable tool for us as we are first time home owners and had no idea how to fix small issues or if they needed to be fixed at all.

Watt and Albert came out to a home that I am purchasing and did a thorough inspection, taking pictures of everything they found to be an issue with the house, from missing roof tiles to a cracked tile in the bathroom. Afterwards, they sat down and explained to me everything they found and it's importance from immediate to minor. I received an emailed copy of the report as soon as we finished discussing it. Within the space of 2 weeks Integrity Home Inspection inspected two houses that we were fully prepared to buy pending a satisfactory inspection. These people are good. Their deep penetrating inspection of the first house in Lake Mary found things that would have cost us at least $100k to fix. Based on the inspection we declined to buy the house. We convinced the provider to leave his natural territory and to come south to inspect a second house in Port Saint Lucie. A number of minor defects were found in the second house but none were deal killers so we bought the second house based on the inspection.

I'm considering selling my home within the next few years and wanted a home inspection (after living here over 10 years) to make sure there would be no surprises when it came time to sell. If anything came up, I would have the time to get it corrected. Mr. Ramsey & his partner showed up promptly, advised where he would be checking, and asked if there were areas of concern. He welcomed me to follow him around if I wanted, but advised there would be a full report when he was done and would come get me if there was something I needed to see. We crossed paths here and there and I felt he was doing his job. When they were done, we all sat down at the kitchen table and he went over everything he looked at, shared pictures and answered my questions. Based on results and recommendations, we agreed on an area or two of concern to be dealt with. When I asked for particular information to ask the electrician I would need to hire, Mr. Ramsey offered to talk to them if I needed him to. I can't tell you what that meant to me that he was willing to do that. I was very pleased with everything about Mr. Ramsey and the information he provided.

We hired Integrity Home Inspection to do a complete home inspection of a house we are trying to purchase. The inspector met my husband and realtor out on the property and arrived on time. He had indicated before the inspection that it would take approximately 5 hours to complete the walk through but it actually took longer. This was a good thing however because he was very thorough in everything and afterwards spent a good deal of time talking about his findings with my husband and pointing out areas of concern that he found during the process. He was even nice enough to kind of put it into a priority of these things should be addressed ASAP but then these things can probably wait a while or aren't as much of a big deal. So many good reasons I will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs inspection services. A++ all the way!!!

Owner and one other inspector did a complete home inspection of the home I was planning on buying. It was an older home and a short sale. They spent over 2 hours on the inspection and thoroughly examined everything; they even took the time to cut a hole in the ceiling of the garage in order to be able to see in the space between the roof and ceiling, which was at a low pitch point, or whatever you call it when the pitch of the roof is not large enough to crawl in and look at. There was some water damage on the ceiling and the roof was a tile roof. The inspection showed no water damage or rot to the roof timbers. The service was nice, professional and prompt. I cannot say enough good things. This was a short sale, so I wanted to be sure I would not have to spend more than I paid in order to do repairs and make it livable. I would highly recommend them. Even the pest control company who was doing my inspection could not believe how much time they spent and how professional they were.

This is for a second home and I was out of state. Watt showed up on time (I know this due to a phone call telling me he was there). He completed a very thorough inspection with several pictures and comments. After the inspection was completed he called to go over his findings. I really don't know what we would have done without the knowledge and Mr Ramsey's willingness to help us. We bid on a house and he came to do the inspection. since we live in Illinois, the appointment was set up with our real estate agent to meet at the house. This was all arranged via email. Mr. Ramsey arrived early. He explained his procedure for home inspection and then commenced an orderly and thorough inspection of the property. From the outside of home-also viewing and commenting on landscaping and grading, the roof, electrical, attic, interior, testing plumbing, appliances, lighting, windows, doors etc. He spent a little over 3 hours on a 2100 square foot home. There were also questions he had for the home owner and suggestions for me as to improve the property. The following day he emailed the report as promised complete with photos and explanations. He is also experienced using thermal imaging and provided a wind mitigation report for insurance purposes!! I highly recommend this company for your home inspection
